CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE TO PROHIBIT TOBACO USE WITHIN
CITY PARKS AND TRAILS.
THE CITE' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGODOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 6-7-4 of the city Code is hereby amended to add the
following rovisions:
TR. smoking and Tobacco. Smoking of any tobacco product or e -cigarette
and the use of oral tobacco products or "spit" tobacco is prohibitedithin
any City of Otsego park.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
