Call to Order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Jeff Dahl, Brittany Moores, Tina Goede,
and Tom Darkenwald. City Staff: City Administrator/Finance Director Adam Flaherty.
1. Onboarding and High -Performance Workshop.
Dr. Richard Fursman from HueLife facilitated the Onboarding and High -Performance Workshop
with the City Council. The subject areas of the workshop included:
A. Review of the Strategic Plan (9AM to 1030AM).
B. Development of 5 Vision Statements for a High Performing Team (1030AM to 1230PM).
C. Lunch Break (1230PM to 100PM).
D. Review Insights Discovery Personal Profile (1PM to 330PM).
Note: Councilmember Dahl had to leave the meeting at 215PM for a family event.
2. Adjourn.
CM Darkenwald motioned to adjourn at 3:30 PM. Seconded by CM Moores.
Roll Call: In favor; Goede, Stockamp, Darkenwald, and Moores. Against, none.
Motion carried 4-0.
