Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call:
Chair: Toni Seroshek; Commissioners: Chris Wilson, Gail Anderson, Cara Husak, John Waldron;
City Council: CM Brittany Moores; Absent Commissioner: Kathleen Beaudry
3. Consider the following minutes for January 12, 2021.
Commissioner Gail motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by Commissioner
Chris. All in favor. Motion carried. 6-0
4. Election of officers.
Commissioner John motioned to recommend Commissioner Cara Husak as secretary,
Commissioner Chris Wilson as Vice Chair and Commissioner Toni Seroshek as Chair.
Seconded by Commissioner John. All in favor. Motion carried. 6-0

5. Update of City Website.
Commissioner John request to add the Wright County Historical site to be available to search
the site for additional historical information about Otsego City.
Chair Gail asked City Council Brittany to ask about getting someone to share they OHPC City
Website analytics.
Is there a way for someone to comment on HPC site? cityhall@ci.otsego.mn.us is listed at the
bottom.
Barb Williams will be adding photographs from the books and make the change of article
placement within next couple weeks.
6. Archiving system and new computer.
Commissioner John and Commissioner Chris could not find the password on the post it note on
the side of the CPU. The password is OHPC_? Chair Toni will reach out to Rob for the
password.
Commissioner John will begin to organize the pictures and thumb/hard drive. He has done a
Proof of Concept by transferring data from one laptop from another.
Commissioner John will volunteer to upgrade photos as he is archiving. He will bring some
examples of upgraded photos next meeting to show the OHPC.
7. Request for historic items.
Commissioner John will submit Request for historic items to the City by February deadline to
include request in the Otsego View.

8. John-Review accession/deaccession policy.
Will discuss in next meeting.
