RESOLUTION NO: 2021-13
APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT
FOR ROGERS LIONS CLUB AT ROCKWOODS BAR & GRILL, LLC
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego allows charitable gambling within the City subject to restrictions set forth in
Title 4, Chapter 7 Lawful Gambling of the City Code; and
WHEREAS, the Rogers Lions Club has submitted a complete application for a premises permit to conduct
lawful gambling at Rockwoods Bar & Grill, LLC, 9100 Quaday Avenue NE; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has reviewed the application and the prior background investigation and finds the
request has met the criteria set forth in the City Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the Rogers Lions Club request for a Lawful Gambling Premises Permit at Rockwoods Bar &
Grill, LLC, 9100 Quaday Avenue NE, Otsego, MN 55330 hereby is approved.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 8th day of March, 2021.
