RESOLUTION NO: 2021-17
ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE LIONS CLUB OF ROGERS
WHEREAS, The Lions Club of Rogers has donated $500 to the City of Otsego; and
WHEREAS, the donation to the City is for the purpose of providing expanded recreational opportunities;
and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property
be accepted only with adoption of a resolution of the governing body; and
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego sincerely thanks The Lions Club of Rogers for their generous donation and
for its support of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the donation from the Lions Club of Rogers in the amount of $500 is hereby accepted.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 8th day of March, 2021.
