Please state your name and address for the record. Public Hearing Items: The City Council wants to assure that citizen comments are received at the proper time and place to be most effective. In order for some comments to be legally considered by the City Council they must be presented at a properly noticed public hearing specifically related to a certain issue. This includes comments related to zoning or subdivision applications, public improvement projects, assessments, code enforcement or other issues that are by State law or City Code subject to a hearing process. You may be advised by the City Council and/or the City Attorney to present comments related to the issues listed above at the appropriate forum to assure that your comments are given proper consideration. Consent Agenda Items: Are considered to be routine and non -controversial by the City Council and will be approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council member, Staff member, or Citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. Information: The City Council has been provided background information for agenda items in advance by staff and appointed commissions, committees and boards, Decisions are based on this information, as well as City policy, practices, input from constituents and a Council member's personal judgment.
