AN ORDINANCE AMENDING FEE SCHEDULE OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT
ASSESSMENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 3-1-2.1 of the City Code (Fee Schedule - Engineering) is hereby amended to
add the following row:
Single family lot street assessment in accordance with
Not to exceed $1,000.00
the adopted Public Improvement Assessment Policy
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
