Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:34 PM.
Roll Call: Commissioners: Paul Fields, John Braun, Gregory Hubbard, Vern Heidner, Jim
Breitbach, David Greeman and Mark Wolf; Absent: Dan Freiberg; Present: City Council: Mayor
Jessica Stockamp, CM Tina Goede
2. Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Breitbach motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Fields. All in favor. Motioned carried. 7-0
3. Consider the following minutes:
3.1 March 9, 2021
Revised minutes to reflect adding new commission member Mark Wolf.
Commissioner Fields motioned to approve the amended minutes. Seconded by
Commissioner Braun. All in favor. Motion carried. 7-0
4. Open forum.
Yard signs approved and might have them for sale by the next meeting.
Road clean up before next meeting, so we will need to meet 30 min earlier at 6pm.
Jim Breitbach thanked Wright Count Sergeant Jason Oltmanns for all the work he does in our
community.
5. Review received monthly reports.
5.1 CentraCare 1st Quarter.
Looked and discussed reports.
5.2 ER & Alina 1st Quarter.
Looked and discussed reports.
5.3 Albertville Fire Department.
5.4 Rogers Fire Department.
5.5 Wright County Sherriff Department.
They did not have time to put together a slide show for the meeting.
5.6 Elk River Fire Department.
ER fire will now be dispatched to possible injury accidents, and then cancel if not needed.
Concerns about making sure the fire departments are dispatching correctly. Working on
getting ready for traffic with the upcoming construction in the City.
6. Set Next Meeting.
May 11ths meeting will need to be at 6pm with road clean up before meeting.

Commissioner Breitbach motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Braun. All in
favor. Motion carried. 7-0
