1. Existing zoning classifications for land in and abutting the subdivision shall be shown on
the plan. (21-6-2.B.2)
2. Boundary lines of adjoining unsubdivided or subdivided land, identified by name and
ownership within 150’ (ownership names are not shown).

STORM SEWER DESIGN/HYDROLOGY
31. Model storm water off Prairie View Estates through Arbor Creek 3rd to Otsego
Creek. We will supply information for downstream. This is to ensure stormwater
routing can be handled by existing downstream stormwater infrastructure.
