RECOMMENDATION:
City Staff recommends accepting all public improvements associated with Kittredge Crossings 11th
Addition as of November 13, 2013.
BACKGROU N D/J USTI F ICATIO N:
Kittredge Crossings 11th Addition was a re -plat of Kittredge Crossings 5th Addition. The 11th Addition
revised a portion of 5th Addition from multi -family lots to single-family lots. All public improvements
associated with 5th Addition were previously constructed and were accepted by the City of Otsego in
December 2009. The public improvements associated with Kittredge Crossings 11th Addition included:
1. Removal of curb and gutter, pavement, and aggregate base for the private drive to the north of
74th Street.
2. Removal of water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer mains as well as some service connections
along this private drive.
3. Installation of sanitary sewer main as well as 2 new services along 74th Street.
4. Replacing aggregate base, bituminous pavement, and concrete curb and gutter.
All public improvements have been completed and a walk--thru with City staff was conducted on
November 12, 2013. Staff recommends that an initial acceptance date of November 13, 2013 be
accepted by resolution. Per the Developer's agreement for Kittredge Crossings 11th Addition, the
Developer warrants all work required for a period of one (1) year after its completion and acceptance by
the City.

RESOLUTION NO. 2014-05
CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR KITTREDGE
CROSSINGS 11TH ADDITION.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of Kittredge Crossings 11th
Addition on July 22, 2013; and,
WHEREAS, the City and Developer entered into a Developers Agreement
regarding approval of the final plat and installation of required public improvements for
Kittredge Crossings 11th Addition; and,
WHEREAS,p ursuant to the Developers Agreement for Kittredge Crossings 11 th
Addition, the Developer warrants all work required for a period of one (1) year after its
completion and acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, all City streets and improvements within Kittredge Crossings 11 th
Addition have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, an initial acceptance walk through of City improvements within
Kittredge Crossings 11 th Addition was conducted on November 12, 2013 with City staff
and the Developer, and all remaining items were successfully completed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA THAT the City accepts all required public improvements within Kittredge
Crossings 11 th Addition as of November 13, 2013 thus commencing the one (1) year
warranty period from that date.
