RESOLUTION No. 2014-04
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE BANK of ELK
RIVER TO THE OTS GO PARKS AND R CR]EAI ON DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, The Bank of ElkRiver has made a donation of $4,500.00 to the
Otsego Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHERE,. .S, the donation to the Otsego Parks and Recreation Department is for
the purpose of supporting provisions of community events in Otsego; and,
WHEREAS Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations o
real or personal property be accepted only with adoption of a resolution of the
governing body; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego sincerely thank The Bank of ElkRiver for their
gonro-as donation and for its support of the community; and,
NOW THEREFORE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o
Otsego, Wright County, Minnesota that the donation by The Bane of Elk River is
hereby accepted.
ADOPTED this i 3ffi day of January, 2014 by the Otsego City Conch.
