OTSEGO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
OTSEGO CITY HALL
July 15, 2013
7:00 PM
Call to Order.
Chair Black called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll : Chair Pam Black; Commissioners: David Thompson, Tammie Fallon, Richard
Nichols and Heather Eldem. Absent: Aaron Stritesky, Brian Gerten and Jinn folies.

1, Consider the following minutes:
1.1 July 1, 2013 Planning Commission Meetina�._
Commissioner Thompson motioned to approve as written= Seconded by
Commissioner Eider . All In favor. Motion carried.
2. Public Hearing items;
2.1 Holden:
A Conditional Use Permit to allow relocation of an existing single
family dwelling onto a lot within the City in accordance with Section
20-19-1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
City Planner Licht presented the Planning Report. Applicant Mark Holden was present
and agreed with the City staff report.
City Clerk Loff attested that all the groper noticing, posting and publishing has been
completed.
Chair Black opened the Public Hearing at 7:06 PM,
Commissioner Nichols asked the applicant if the trees in the front of the property along
78#" Street would be removed. Mr. Nalden said just a 40 foot wide section of them.
Commissioner Thompson questioned how close the deck from the property next to the
applicant was from the property line,, Mr. Holden estimated 20 feet, City Planner Licht
said that the required setback for the deck is 10 feet,
Hearing no public comments Chair Black closed the Public Hearing at 7.09 PM.
Commissioner Fallon motioned to approve a conditional use permit to allow
relocation of an existing single family dwelling to Block 4, Lot 14 Walesch
Estates 2"d Addition subject to the five conditions listed in the Planning
Report. Seconded by Commissioner Thompson. All in favor. Motion carried.
3. Update on City Council actions.
CM Heidner updated the Commissioners on City Council actions,
4. Update on future Planning .Commission Agenda items.
City Clerk LofP said the next meeting will be August 19, 2013.

Eidem. All in favour. Motion carried, Adjourned at 7.18 PM.
