Calf to Order,
Chair Black colied the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call: CPain Black; Commissi n rst David Thompson, Richard Nichols,, Aaron
Stritesky and Jinn Kolles. Absent: Brian Gorton and Tammie Fallon.
City Council, CM Vern Heldn r# staff. Daniel Licht, City Planner, and Tani Loff, City
Clerk.
i. Zoning Ordinance update.
City Planner Licht said Section i will be brought back for the Planning Commissioners
review on December 2. City Planner Licht and Commissioners reviewed Sections 3 to 15
in detail. There was discussion on Section 3 procedure timeline. There was additional
discussion on noticing; the Commissioners agreed to notice property owners within 3S0
feel of the property in question. The Commissioners agreed an Sections 3-15 as
written.
3. Update on City Council actions.
CM Heidner updated the Commissioners on City Council actions.
Update on future Planning Commission Agenda items._
City Planner Licht said there will be a Public Hearing n December 2, 20.3.
