BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
A special closed meeting was originally called for December 9, 2013, to review the 70th Street appraisals.
Because the appraiser was not able to complete the appraisals by that date, the speclai'meeting was
cancelled. The appraiser indicated to the City Attorney that the appraisals wiII be completed by January
2; therefore, a special closed meeting is requested on Monday,, January 6.
