SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
OTSEGO PRAIRIE CENTER
January 13, 2014

Call to order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Jason warehime and Tom
Darkenwald. Absent: Councilmember Doug Schroeder.
Staff: Lori Johnson, City Administrator; Dan Jordet, Administrative Services Director; City
Attorney; Daniel Licht, City Planner; Ross Demant, Parks & Recreation Manager and Tami Loff,
City Clerk. Otsego Prairie Festival Committee Members: Jim Stockamp and Kim Welter.
1. OtsegoPrairie Festival.
Parks and Recreation Manager Demant thanked the 2013 Festival Committee members for their
efforts and thanked the City council for their support. There was discussion on items for next
year to include; updating the website, additional food venues, additional restrooms and having
water truck water down turf so it's not so dusty.
The City council agreed the City's role in the 2014 Festival will be the same as in 2013 and
Parks and Recreation Manager Demant and the committee can go ahead with planning for
2014.

The meeting adjourned at 7:00 PM.
