City Staff is recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #4 (Final) to Sunram Construction, Inc.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Construction of the Otsego Prairie Park Pickleball Court began in July of 2020 and is now complete. Sunram
Construction, Inc. has submitted their fourth and final pay application in the amount of $17,387.25. All
project work has been completed to specifications, and City staff is recommending final payment.
