SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
April 29, 2010
Roll Call: Otsego City Council: Mayor Jessica
Stockamp, Councilmembers Dan Scharber, Tom
Darkenwald and Vern Heidner.
City Staff: City Administrator Michael Robertson
and Finance Director Gary Groen.
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 7:40
p.m.
Update on Waterfront East
Administrator Robertson and Finance Director Groen
updated Council on their meeting that day with the
bankers who hold the mortgage on Waterfront East.
62nd Street NE
Administrator Robertson updated Council on some
calls he had received from residents on 62nd Street.
The Council directed Robertson to have a letter
drafted to the residents enclosing and explaining
the agreement with the adjacent landholder.
Otsego Festival Donation
Councilmember Heidner, seconded by Councilmember
Darkenwald, moved to set the donation for the 2010
Otsego Festival at $4,600. Motion Carried 4-0.
Councilmember Scharber, seconded by Councilmember
Darkenwald, moved to adjourn at 7:57 p.m. Motion
Carried 4-0.
