RESOLUTION NO: 2021-52
ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE OTSEGO LIONS CLUB
WHEREAS, The Otsego Lions Club has made a cash donation of $500 to the City of Otsego; and
WHEREAS, the donation to the City of Otsego is for the purpose of providing residents quality
recreational opportunities and park amenities; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations or real or personal property
be accepted only with adoption of a resolution of the governing body; and
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego sincerely thanks the Otsego Lions Club for their generous donation and for
its support of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the donation from the Otsego Lions Club in the amount of $500 has been hereby accepted.
