Old Business A.Speedwagon Council member Struthers to try and collect the data from speedwagon and make it available at next meeting. Wright County police said they were not able to help us on the speedwagon data, their system was not compatible with what we needed. A request was made of perhaps looking into putting a speed limit sign on Co. road 42.between Highway 101 and Co road 39. It seems to be a questionable spot. Problem with people passing on the shoulder was a recent concern. It was discussed that maybe we should put a small article in the newspaper about the rule on this problem. B. Follow-up on Festival Talked about having another booth at next years festival. A fund now is in place to help support our needs, such as a banner for the festival. 6. New Business A. Report on meeting between Police Commission and City Council The talk was mainly on the form that was developed for concern citizens. It was discussed that maybe it would violate the privacy act. So the commission is going to change a few items and present it back for approval. Alvin McClure would be in charge of the changing the form. B. New Activity It was mentioned that we should have Patty Gerko, a neighborhood watch organizer, come in the next meeting and show us how to start one. C. Misc. Business A concern over people solicit ting in Otsego brought up the question of "Do we have an ordinance about this?" Question about parked cars in yards with no license or expired tabs. Legal or not? A request of a street light on Kadler and Co. RD 39 seems to be a safety issue for people at night. 7. Adjournment Commissioner Thibodeau motion to adjourn, commissioner Bartheld second. Motion passed.
