• Update on bike donation to Otesgo Elementary (Jason)
• McGruff updates — Shawn is working with Tami to get everything McGruff related standardized
and put into a book to be kept at City hall. (Shawn)
o Idea — add McGruff contact names/ph# and a list of events McGruff usually attends.
• Sheriff contract update from City Council. In our last PC meeting we reviewed and
recommended approval (Jessica)
8. New Business:
• Otsego Festival
o What times do we want to staff the booth, who is available and when? (lohn is not
available this day)
o Information packets and items —updates (Denise)
o Can McGruff attend during the Teddy Bear Band concert @ 10*15 am?
• PC Fall Road Clean-up — should we do this during our October 11th meeting?
