Meeting called to order at 6:34 p.m.
ADGENDA —Approved
Minutes from Jan 12 — Approved
OPEN FORUM:
Mostly quiet. Not many police/emergency calls. Nothing noteworthy to report.
OLD BUSINESS:
McGruff coloring contest — Jane made pictures to be colored. Contest will be for K-2nd grade children.
Deadline will be April 15. Jason will solicite businesses for prizes, etc. Jane will request the contest be
posted on Otsego City website.
NEW BUSINESS:
Adopt a Road — John will call the Otsego View to post available roads for volunteer clean up.
National Night Out —will be held August 3, 2010.
Otsego Festival —Will consider ideas for activities/games/handouts, etc for Police Commission Booth at
March meeting.
Event Dates —
Otsego Easter Egg Hunt —March 27
Otsego Festival — September 18
Spring Clean Up - TBD
