Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:32 PM.
Roll Call: Chair: David Greeman; Commissioners: Dan Freiberg, Paul Fields, Vern Heidner, Jim
Breitbach, John Braun and Mark Wolf; Absent Gregory Hubbard; City Council: Mayor Jessica
Stockamp, CM Tina Goede
2.Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Jim Braun motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by Commissioner
John Braun. All in favor. Motioned carried. 7-0
3.Consider the following minutes:
3.1 April 13, 2021.
Commissioner Vern Heidner motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Paul Fields. All in favor. Motioned carried. 7-0
4.Open forum.
No comments were made.
5.Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Albertville Fire Department.
Chief Eric Bullen was present - Data provided and reviewed. Chief Bullen said their department
had 50 calls in April. 16 of those calls for service were in Otsego. He also said two new fire
fighters graduated from their academy recently. Chief Bullen said there are three more firefighter
starting in the near future. Average response to calls for service was 9.22 minutes (first arriving
unit).
5.2 Elk River Fire Department.
No one present. Data Provided and reviewed.
5.3 Rogers Fire Department.
No one was present. Data provided and reviewed.
5.4 Wright County Sheriff Department.
Sergeant Oltmanns was present and presented a presentation – Data was Provided – Answered
Questions from the City Council and Commissioners regarding law enforcement activities within
the city.

6. Set Next Meeting.
August 10th, 2021 to discuss having a booth at the Prairie festival event.

Commissioner Jim Breitbach motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Paul Fields. All
in favor. Motion carried. 7-0
