This Memo is to inform you that at the Council Meeting of
12/11/95, the City Council voted to approve your By -Laws as
re -submitted.
Also, the Council voted at the same meeting to approve your
recommendation Re: Survey by Minnesota State Archives to
review the records and papers received from Jerry Perrault's home.
The understanding is that this will be done free of charge and
recommendations will be made by the representative from the
Minnesota State Archives.
