2. HEARING for Arlene Sandy, 10233 Parrish AVE NE,
Otsego, MN 55330. The subject site is in the Wild and Scenic
-and floodplain area and is in Section 10, Twp 121, R23, Lot 18
Riverside Park (Lots 18,19,25 and 26). The request was
initiated by Arlene Sandy and is a request for a CUP to
allow more than one detached accessory structure.
2A ADDENDUM:
Bank of Elk River site and building plans review - John
Culligan with Boarman-Kroos Architect will be present
to present the plans.
