3. Hearing for Mary R Dare (owner), for applicant Christ Lutheran Church of Elk River, Margie
MacLachlan, Lot 1, Block 1, Phase Three of MRD Commercial Park (Property is 10.33 Acres) in Section
22, Township 121, Range 23, located by Co. Rd. #39 and #42 and State Highway #101. Request is for the
following:
1. Preliminary and Final Plat of Lot 1, Block 1, Phase Three of MRD
Commercial Park (10.33 Acres)
2. Rezone the above from B -2/R-1, to INS
(Institutional Zoning)
4. Hearing initiated by Steve and Diane Kolles 9612 65TH ST NE, Albertville, MN for applicant John
Daniels of Long Haul Trucking thirty five acres of land approx. to be subdivided and platted for Industrial
Site. Land located on 65TH ST (Co Rd) and Kadler, South of I-94. The requests being considered as
follows:
1. Request for approval of Preliminary and Final Plat
2. Request for Rezoning from A-1 AG Rural Service Area to
I-2, General Industrial District
3. Change in width of Right -of -Way (4' less than St. Standards Req.)
4. Applicant also seeks the following change from the City St.
Specs: Change paved surface to 24' with 8' graveled shoulders

6. Hearing for Owner and applicant Clem and Idona Darkenwald, for Property of Port Riverbend, Inc.
dba: F&F Food Mart, Clem's Fish and Seafood, 7767 NE River Road PID 118-500-263100. Hwy 101 &
Co Rd #42. Request is as follows:
1. An Amendment to the C.U.P. to add additional Pump Islands and expand the Canopy.
7. P.C. and Council will meet with the Third Industrial Site Selection Committee to review sites possible
for same.
