3. HEARING initiated by C. George VanTatenhove, of Advance Masonry,
Inc for property owned by Clayton D and Joyce D Anderson. The Property is
located at the SE Corner of Co. Rd #39 and Odean Ave NE. PID #'s 118-
500-164300 and #118-500-164305. Request is as follows:
a. Rezone the property from A-1, Ag Rural Service to R-3
Residential, Imm. Service.
b. Subdivision of the land to create 8 - Lots
4. Planning Commission will have a visioning session - BRAINSTORM
W/the outcome being a Outline of what is visioned for the City of Otsego
by the Planning Commission (RICHARD NICHOLS will head the
Session)
5. Any other Planning Commission Business
