initiated a Hearing on behalf of applicant Margie MacLachlan for
Christ Lutheran Church of Elk River for the property identified as
Outlot A, MRD Commercial Park, Wright Co, MN. also the East
356.15 feet of the West 712.30 feet of the North 611.54 feet of the
NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Twp 122, Range 23, (Property
is 6.4+and 4.0+ acres for a total of 10.3 acres) Located by Co Rd
#39/Co #42 and State Highway #101, SW corner. Request is as
follows:
1. Preliminary and final plat of above described property
of MRD Commercial Park (10.33 Acres)
2. Rezone the 6.4+ acre property from B-21 Highway
Commercial District/R-1 Residential Long Range
Urban Service Area to INS, Institutional District
5. Planning Commission further update of By -Laws (Sent back
for further review w/suggestions from Council)
