3. Planning Commission informal discussion of amendment to the Sign
Ordinance (See report from Bob Kirmis).
4. Hearing for Applicants Bob and Dianne Cederberg of 8700 Obrian
Avenue NE, Otsego, MN 55330. The subject property is located in Sec 21,
Twp 121, R 23 and legal description is Vasseur's Oak Grove Estates, the
South half of Lot 1, Block 3 in the City of Otsego, County of Wright and State
of Minnesota PID #118-031-003011. The request is as follows:
A Conditional Use Permit to allow for building relocation
as set out in Section 19 of the Otsego Zoning Ordinance
5. Any other Planning Commission Business:
A. For information to P.C. - The meeting with Dave Licht
Council and Carl Swenson Re: Comp Plan Review in the
SW corner of Otsego, has tentatively been set for January
4, 1995 at 6:30PM.
