Germaine Beaudry, 12900 - 77TH ST NE, Otsego, MN, 55330, for PID #118-500-213100, property
located on 85TH ST SW of Odean Ave NE, in Section 21, Twp 121, R23. Request is as follows:
A. Preliminary Plat approval for Heritage Hills.
4. HEARING initiated by applicant Kenneth and Patricia Zimmer, 6156 Kalenda Court Apartment
205, Albertville, Minnesota, 55301. Owners of the property are Harold Zimmer and Kenneth
Zimmer. Property is located on MacIver Avenue NE and 62ND ST NE. PID#'s 118-500-313200
(21.10 acres) and 118-500-313201 (South 20 Acres), the building rights for transfer of one per forty
will be taken from this 40 acres and be deed restricted from further development until the property
is allowed to be rezoned. The building rights to be used on PID #118-500-312200 which is
approximately twenty acres and lies Southeast of MacIver Ave. NE and 67TH ST NE, in Section 31,
Township 121, Range 23, City of Otsego, County of Wright, Minnesota. Request is as follows:
A. A Conditional Use Permit to allow relocation of a building (home)
5. HEARING initiated by the Otsego City Council regarding John and Cheryl Adams, 10377 -
95TH ST NE, (City of Otsego) Monticello, MN, 55362 PID #'s 118-800-143401 and 118-800-142400.
The Conditional Use Permit for a dog kennel is being re -heard at the request of the City Council of
Otsego. A Conditional Use Permit was approved by the City Council of Otsego on July 12, 1993 for
a dog kennel. Request is as follows:
A. Re -Hear the Conditional Use Permit which was approved on July 12, 1993 for a
dog kennel.
