Request is as follows: A. Preliminary Plat approval for Heritage Hills. 4. HEARING initiated by applicant Kenneth and Patricia Zimmer, 6156 Kalenda Court Apartment 205, Albertville, Minnesota, 55301. Owners of the property are Harold Zimmer and Kenneth Zimmer. Property is located on MacIver Avenue NE and 62ND ST NE.
