3. Continue HEARING initiated by the Otsego City Council regarding John and Cheryl Adams,
10377 - 95TH ST NE, (City of Otsego) Monticello, MN, 55362 PID Vs 118-800-143401 and 118-800-
142400. The Conditional Use Permit for a dog kennel is being re -heard at the request of the City
Council of Otsego. A Conditional Use Permit was approved by the City Council of Otsego on July
12, 1993 for a dog kennel. Request is as follows: (See attached letter from Andy MacArthur dated
February 19, 1997)
A. Re -Hear the Conditional Use Permit which was approved on July 12, 1993 for a
dog kennel.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business
a. Discussion of one per forty transfer of property rights clustered - per Council direction
