535.00 feet of the South 885.00 feet of the East 480.00 feet of the North Half of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 121, Range 23, Wright County, City of
Otsego, MN located at 8899 Nashua Ave. Request is as follows:
A. Conditional Use Permit to allow relocation of a locally significant historic
structure (Old Town Hall)
B. A Variance for rear yard setback from 50 feet to 35 feet (15 feet less than
required by Ordinance)
4. Review draft amendment of one per forty transfer of property rights clustered
