CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE TO ESTABLISH WATER AND
SEWER UTILITY RATES FOR 2014 AND 2015.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Chapter 2-4-2.J.1. of the City Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
1. Municipal Water and Sewage Usage Rates:
a. Water and sewer usage rates are established to be effective with
the 1St Quarter billing and may be adjusted based on a review of
prior year operations, anticipated future repair and maintenance
needs and estimated operating costs.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication for all billings following the date of publication.
