Recommend the hiring of the following parks seasonal employee with his rate of pay:
Aaron Larson at a rate of $10.00 per hour for 40 hours per week starting April 1 and running until
September 30.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Included in the 2014 budget is a park staffing structure that includes a position with a tentative start
date of April 1. This position will assist the Park Lead with duties that include irrigation start-up, parks
cleaning, seasonal equipment turn -over, and spring project assistance. Aaron Larson is the person Staff
is recommending for this position. Aaron was originally hired as one of the 2013-2014 seasonal plow
drivers.
