Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.
Roll Call: Chair David Greeman; Commissioners: Dan Freiberg, Paul Fields, John Braun, Gregory
Hubbard (Absent), Vern Heidner, Jim Breitbach, and Mark Wolf; City Council: Mayor Jessica
Stockamp, CM Tina Goede (Absent)
2. Consider agenda approval.
Chair Greeman motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by Commissioner Heidner.
All in favor. Motioned carried. 7-0
3. Consider the following minutes:
3.1 August 10, 2021
Commissioner Freiberg motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Breitbach. All in favor. Motion carried. 7-0
4. Open forum.
No comments were made.
5. Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Albertville Fire Department.
There was not anyone present but data was provided.
14 calls for service in August. 10:12 min response time average.
5.2 Elk River Fire Department.
There was not anyone present but data was provided.
2 calls for service in August. 11:56 min response time average.
5.3 Rogers Fire Department.
There was not anyone present but data was provided.
5 calls for service in August. No average response time reported. Staff will reach out to request
average response times.
5.4 Wright County Sherriff Department.
Sergeant Oltmanns was present and provided data. The power point presentation was on the
community updates. He talked about calls for service and call volumes. He also took questions
from the commissioners.
6. Set Next Meeting.
Next meeting is set for October 12th at 6:30 PM.
7. Adjourn.
Commissioner Fields motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Braun. All in favor.
Motion carried. 7-0
