FOR THE 2021 OTSEGO PRAIRIE FESTIVAL
WHEREAS, the following Sponsors have made cash donations to the City of Otsego for the 2021 Prairie

WHEREAS, the donation to the City of Otsego is for the purpose of supporting provisions of community
events in Otsego; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations or real or personal property
be accepted only with adoption of a resolution of the governing body; and
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego sincerely thanks the aforementioned businesses and community
organizations for their generous donation and for their support of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the aforementioned donations for the 2021 Otsego Prairie Festival are hereby accepted.
