BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The City Engineer's office has drawn up the attached Right -of -Way Plat for the County portion of Otsego
City Project No. 2014-01 (70th Street). The revised Plat incorporates changes made during the process of
drafting the Final Project plans. The Plat requires City Council approval prior to being recorded.

RESOLUTION NO. 2014-28
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY OF OTSEGO ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
PLAT NO. 2.
WHEREAS, the City has drafted for recording CITY OF OTSEGO ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT No. 2 covering the County portion of Otsego Project No.
2014-01, attached to this resolution; and
WHEREAS, said Plat incorporates changes made during the course of drafting
final plans for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the attached Plat requires City Council approval prior to recording.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Otsego, Wright County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The City Council hereby approves the attached CITY OF OTSEGO ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO. 2.
ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 2014.
