BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Target Corporation has submitted an application for a full Off -Sale Liquor License and a sign permit
application for their location at 15800 87th Street NE. The establishment will be located in the current
front west side office space and accessed via a separate entrance within the vestibule at the west
entrance to the main store. The City Planner has reviewed the sign permit and approved the request.
The background check has been completed and City staff has received all the necessary paperwork. The
proposed liquor license complies with the requirements of the City Code.
