City staff recommends City Council approval of Pay Estimate #7 to Landmark Structures, LLC.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Pay Estimate #7 includes payment for engineering, materials, construction of the steel tank, and raising of
the steel tank to the top of the concrete pillar. Construction will continue with welding the steel tank roof
as well as installation of the required appurtenances on the tank roof and within the tank.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the maximum of 5% retainage of work
completed, which accounts to $163,272.50 at this time.
