AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A NONEXCLUSIVE
ELECTRIC FRANCHISE TO ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on October 25, 2021, Ordinance No. 2021-21 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Otsego, Minnesota.
NOTICE IF FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.
2021-21, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
Ordinance No. 2021-21 grants a nonexclusive electric franchise and sets for the terms
thereof.
A printed copy of the entire Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City
Cleric's regular office hours.
