RESOLUTION No. 94-77
RESOLUTION TO VACATE PORTIONS OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS LOCATED ON LOTS
3 AND 4, BLOCK 1, MISSISSIPPI SHORES SIXTH ADDITION.
WHEREAS, the Owners of Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Mississippi Shores
Sixth Addition have entered into a Planned Unit Development
Agreement with :.he City of Otsego on March 29, 1994 ; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of that agreement and the
controls contained therein render certain portions of the easements
previously granted to the City on those above described Lots no
longer necessary for the purposes for which they were acquired; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the interests of the public that those
portions of the easements described above be vacated.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOUIED that the following portions of those
easements on Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, MISSISSIPPI SHORES SIXTH
ADDITION:
(See Exhibit A)
and only those portions described, hereby are vacated.
The City Clerk is directed to file with the County Auditor and
Recorder a Notice Of Completion Of The Proceedings as quickly as
possible.
A motion to adopt this resolution was made by Councilperson
Larry Fournieand seconded by Councilperson, this __j_TH day
