Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:56 PM.
Roll Call: Chair: Toni Seroshek; Commissioners: Chris Wilson, Cara Husak, Kathleen Beaudry;
City Council: CM Brittany Moores. Absent: Commissioners: Gail Anderson, John Waldron
2. Consider Agenda Approval:
Commissioner Chris to approve the agenda as written. Seconded by Commissioner Cara. All in
favor. Motion carried. 4-0
3. Consider the following minutes:
3.1 November 9, 2021
Commissioner Kathy motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Chris. All in favor. Motion carried. 4-0
4. Updates:
4.1 Updates on City Council actions.
• Approved R&L Carriers off of CASAH 38. Will bring in 115 jobs.
• Finalized budget & CIP for 2022
4.2 Updates on future Heritage Preservation items.
Commission will make a group trip to the old city hall in the spring.
5. Old City Hall.
Chair Toni will bring in photos of old city hall.
Commissioner Cara started research into resources and will bring back information on other
projects within other cities like this to the commission. The following groups were contacted:
• State Preservation Office (SHPO – now part of the state government)
• MNHS Local History Services (localhistory@mnhsorg)
• MNHS Library - Help with a variety of organizations with specific research related to
building, including those who were planning on restorations – contact Jenny McElroy
Commission will work towards determining purpose and funding before continuing.
6. Otsego View Article.
Commission will get an email with article deadlines the first week in the new year.
Chair Toni will bring in a video of Box Factory.
Commissioner Cara will work on an article for the spring edition.
7. Adjourn.
Commissioner Chris motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Kathy. All in favor.
