RESOLUTION NO: 2022-04
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
GUARDIAN ANGELS RIVERVIEW LANDING
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of Guardian Angels Riverview Landing (the "plat") on July
17, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the City and Developer entered into a Developers Agreement July 27, 2017 and recorded with
Wright County as Doc. No. A1355802 regarding approval of the plat and installation of required public
improvements within the plat; and
WHEREAS, all street, driveway, and parking lot improvements, including bituminous base and wear course
paving, and curb and gutter have been completed but are considered private improvements; and,
WHEREAS, all public utility improvements, including watermain, and shared sanitary, shared storm sewer,
and pedestrian bridge have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, all public improvements were constructed in accordance with City standards, Code and approved
plans within the plat; and,
WHEREAS, an initial acceptance inspection of the public improvements within the plat was conducted on
February4, 2019 with City staff and the Developer, and all remaining items have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. The City accepts all public improvements within the plat as -Pr k y 4, 2019 thus commencing the
one (1) year warranty period from this date.
2. Upon conclusion of the respective warranty period and completion of a final acceptance inspection
by City staff and satisfaction of any conditions of said final inspection, improvements lying within
public easements and public right-of-way shall be come City property without further notice or
action.
