RESOLUTION NO: 2022-07
ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF STREETS
WITHIN WALESCH ESTATES & O'DAY ACRES
WHEREAS it is proposed to improve the streets within the Walesch Estates &O'Day Acres subdivisions, which
are in need of improvement, and to assess the benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Hakanson Anderson for study and that they are
instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the City Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible; whether it should be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for
affected parcels.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 10th day of January, 2022.
