RESOLUTION #94-82
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 22ND
day of No17-QMh6W-, 1993 fixed a date for a council hearing on
the proposed improvement of the intersection of County State Aid
Highway 37 and Odean Avenue.
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two
weekly publications of the required notice was given and the
hearing was held thereon the 27TH day of DQnPmhPr , 1993 at
which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to
be heard therein.
WHEREAS, an agreement on cost sharing has been tentatively
agreed to by the City and Wright County Department of Highways.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Otsego, Minnesota.
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted 23RD day of May , 1994.
2. Hakanson Anderson Associates is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
