Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.

2.Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Paul Fields motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by
Commissioner John Braun. All in favor. Motioned carried. 5-0
3.Consider the following minutes:

Commissioner John motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by Commissioner

5.Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Alina Health Ambulance Oct-Dec 2021. - Data provided. - Brian Nord present - Brian
discussed staffing, increased call volumes and adding an additional ambulance to their service
area to help with their increase in call volumes. Emergent average response time 18:34 minutes
(October), 14:43 minutes (November) & 14:38 minutes (December). See attached documents
for non-emergent times.
5.2 Albertville Fire Department. - No one present - Data provided - 21 calls for service.
Average response time 11:15 minutes.
5.3 Elk River Fire Department. No one present - Data provided - 8 calls for service.
Average response time 14:10 minutes
5.4 Rogers Fire Department. No one present - Data provided - 1 call for service.
Building fire. Appears they were canceled to the call.

5.5 Wright County Sherriff Department. - Data provided - Sergeant Oltmanns present -
PowerPoint provided to the group. Discussed TZD statics (fatalities and distracted driving).
talked about newer deputies to our community. Not new to the sheriff’s office. snowmobile
questions.
5.6 CentraCare Health Ambulance - No one present and no data provided.
5.7 Elk River Ambulance - No one present - Data provided - Ambulance Emergent
average response time 16:54 minutes (October), 16:11 minutes (November) & 16:34 minutes
(December). See attached documents for non-emergent times. ERV emergent average response
time 08:40 minutes (October), 08:21 minutes (November) & 08:58 minutes (December). See
attached documents for non-emergent times.
6. Other business:
5800 block of Quale Ave NE - Commissioner Mark Wolfe - Parking concern - Community
members parking on both sides of the street. Sgt. Oltmanns addressed the concern and
explained the rules surrounding the parking.
