Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.
Roll Call: Chair David Greeman; Commissioners: Dan Freiberg, Paul Fields, John Braun, Gregory
Hubbard, Vern Heidner, Jim Breitbach (absent), and Mark Wolf; City Council: Mayor Jessica
Stockamp, CM Tina Goede
2.Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Paul Fields motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by
Commissioner John Braun. All in favor. Motioned carried. 7-0
3.Consider the following minutes:

Commissioner Dan Freiberg. All in favor. Motion carried. 7-0
4.Open forum.
No comments were made.
5.Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Albertville Fire Department.
No one present - Data provided - 16 calls for service - 14:37 minutes for an average response.
5.2 Elk River Fire Department.
No one present - Data provided - 10 calls for service - 14:15 minutes for an average response.
5.3 Rogers Fire Department.
No one present - Data Provided - 18 calls for service - 11:08 minutes for an average response.
5.4 Wright County Sheriff Department. Sergeant Oltmanns and Deputy Kaley Present.
Sergeant Oltmanns discussed the North Star Regional Treatment Center with commissioners -
The center can hold up to 143 residences, it has 24/7 staff, the courtyard building is a 30-day
program and some residences are from out of state. Commissioners asked several questions
related to their daily business and handling patients.
