RESOLUTION NO: 2022-26
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
2022 STREET RENEWAL IMPROVEMENT OF STREETS
WITHIN WALESCH ESTATES AND O'DAY ACRES
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 14th day of February 2022, fixed a date for a Council
Hearing on the proposed improvement of streets within Walesch Estates and O'Day Acres subdivisions; and,
WHEREAS, ten days mailed noticed and two weeks' published notice ofthe hearing was given and the hearing
as held thereon on the 14th day of March, 2022, at which all persons desiring to be heard were gi wven an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered.
3. Hakanson Anderson is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement, and are hereby
directed and authorized to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 14th day of March 2022.
