RESOLUTION NO: 2022-35
ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Otsego that the streets hereinafter described should
be designated or extended Municipal State Aid Streets underthe provisions of Minnesota law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the roads described as follows, to -wit:
■ Parkview Avenue NE from 85th Street NE to 88th Street NE; and
■ 87th Street NE from Parkview Avenue NE Parrish Avenue NE (CSAH 42); and
■ 88th Street NE from Parkview Avenue NE to Parrish Avenue NE (CSAH 42);
be, and hereby established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Streets of said City subject
to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies ofthis resolution
to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon the approval of the
designation of said roads or portions thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained
as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Otsego
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 11th day of April, 2022.
