RESOLUTION NO: 2022-37
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
EAST -WEST WATER SYSTEM CONNECTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego, as part of the City's Water Master Plan, has identified the need for a
connection of the east and west water systems; and
WHEREAS, the 2022 and 2023 Utility Capital Improvement Plan includes funding for land acquisition,
engineering, project design, and construction of the watermain connections; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the project to be necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. The East-West Water System Connection Project is hereby ordered.
2. Hakanson Anderson is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and are hereby
directed and authorized to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 11th day of April, 2022.
