RESOLUTION NO: 2022-38
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2022-26 adopted by the City Council on March 14, 2022, Hakanson
Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for the proposed improvement of streets
within the Walesch Estates and O'Day Acres subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications have been presented to the City Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA THAT:
1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be published on the City website and QuestCDN an
advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and
specifications. The advertisement shall be published for 21 days, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state the bids will be received by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. until 2:00 PM on May 4,
2022, at which time they will be publicly opened by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., will then be
tabulated, and will be considered by the City Council at 7:00 PM on May 9, 2022 in the Council
Chambers (8899 Nashua Avenue NE).
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Otsego this 11th day of April, 2022.
